Provide housing support to TE, arrange the property agency to serve the house searching and find the suitable premise.
Responsible for the leasing contract checking and negotiating, follow up the after service and contract extending.
Rental and utility fee payment arrangement.
To support TE’s residence in China：
Support TE to apply the representative permit / work permit
Support TE to apply the residence permit
Support TE’s child to fulfil the enrolment in the school if needed and follow up the school payments
Provide moving supporting to TE’s personal stuff, including customs clearance coordination and delivery supporting.
Arrange the enrolment of medical membership card in WORLDLINK and UFH
