职位要求：

- Establish and implement test operational procedures and instructions
- Setup the department, and develop the organization and co-workers
- Provide necessary resources (personnel, equipment, supplies, etc.) for the quality assurance activities, and ensure the competences and confidence of test results
- Implement test request technical reviews
- Establish and improve test planning system, and prioritize workload
- Establish and implement proficiency test and comparison test programs

职位描述：

- Master's degree in Textile Technology, Textile Chemistry or Physics
- Minimum 8 years experience in textile testing industry
- Leadership experience is a plus
- Good knowledge in ISO 17025 requirement
- Knowledge and understanding in product and material requirements including standards
- High general competence in textile testing area
- Strong sense of quality and integrity
- Good command in English, both in writing and spoken
- Strong PC-skills, including MS Office
- Good communication skills
